The property

The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms offer respectively a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, storage space, and en-suite bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers and sinks.
Upstairs, two suites each include a private bathroom with shower and sink. One suite is fitted with two single beds, ideal for children or that can be combined into a 180 cm bed. The second suite offers a queen-size bed and overlooks the pool and garden. Separate toilets are available on both the ground floor and the upper level.

The main kitchen is fully equipped and designed to accommodate up to eight guests around the dining table. The spacious living area, highlighted by a cathedral-style exposed roof structure, feels open and serene. Thanks to a large fully retractable glass bay, the space can be entirely air-conditioned, enhancing the peaceful and cocooning atmosphere of the villa.
The kitchen opens onto a generous wooden terrace, elegantly planted and intimate, ideal for enjoying breakfast or an evening aperitif with family or friends under the exotic wood pergola.

A large HD TV connected to fiber internet provides access to streaming platforms. The living room features a comfortable sofa arranged around an elegant exotic wood table. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and a dedicated workspace is set up in the veranda.

Housed in a carbet, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and offers open views over the lush vegetation and the swimming pool. It is the perfect spot to relax with a drink or host friends for a barbecue evening. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants and a wooden deck, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing in complete privacy.
