I love creating generous plates where every ingredient has its place and balance is at the heart of the dish. What brings me joy is cooking to bring joy, with precision, but without pretension.

My Story
When I started out, I explored the authentic cuisines of the French terroir at the Michelin-starred « Hostellerie des Clos » restaurant in Chablis, learning modern culinary techniques alongside top chefs.
For the past two decades, I’ve been practicing my passion in Saint-Martin, where I worked at Mario’s Bistrot, developing an enlightened vision of contemporary cuisine.
I then honed my skills as a Chef at the prestigious Astrolabe restaurant, perfecting my culinary art.
After discovering a new aspect of my profession by working as a chef in a family home for several months, I decided to devote my career to serving gourmets in their own homes.
