L'appartement de Philippe était parfait pour nos besoins lors de notre séjour à Baie Orientale. L'espace était parfait pour 2 personnes et l'emplacement au-dessus d'une boulangerie française et d'une petite épicerie en plus d'être à quelques pas seulement de plusieurs bons restos et de la plage Bikini Beach, à rendu notre séjour mémorable. Philippe nous a fait sentir comme chez-nous. Nous recommandons ce logement aux autres utilisateurs de Airbnb.

Location, location, location! Great corner unit, we used the huge balcony a lot - can see the sunrise over the sea from it. Very roomy unit, love the loft feel bedroom, and all the facilities worked as expected. No complaints, except we wish to have stayed longer! Thanks Philippe, see you next time :)

Perfect location for another amazing visit to our favorite island! We absolutely loved the balcony and spent many nights out there enjoying the light breeze and sounds of the village. Walkable to anything and everything we needed for the week!

This was perfect for our needs. I was worried at first that the bed was in the loft with a steep stairway, but it proved to be no problem. Location was close to everything and we did not experience any noise from the street or from the live music.

The Be Happy apartment is just as described, located in the heart of Orient Bay village above the shops. The apartment is clean and sunny, the bed and bedding very comfortable, kitchen is just right. There is a balcony looking onto the street and use of the pool at La Playa in the back. Great apartment with Philippe as a lovely host!

We had a lovely stay. It is very close to restaurants and you can walk to everything and the beach. The porch outside is large and on an end unit and we loved it.

We really loved it here. The location is perfect. We have been in Orient before and being able to walk to the restaurants is perfect. The condo is accurately described and is perfect for a couple. We appreciated having the washer for a longer stay. It was nice to have many supplies like dishwasher soap and garbage bags. We especially lived how easy it was to communicate. very helpful. Highly recommend.

Philipps’s place was in the best location, walkable to our favorite restaurants and beaches in Orient. We had a car but you don’t really need one staying in this area. The place was squeaky clean with new furniture and appliances. I appreciated the full size mirror which so many listings don’t have, small detail that helps getting ready easier. There was a desk upstairs that was helpful, doubled as a vanity. The hair dryer with eu outlet was helpful so I didn’t have to bring one. Shower got hot fast, great water pressure. You can see the ocean from the balcony if you look to the left. The balcony had beach chairs if needed to bring to the beach and a drying rack for your clothes. If you’re new to staying on the French side, know that the water sometimes goes out for a short time, usually in the morning. This is no fault of property owners, it’s just the way things are there so plan accordingly. Philipp was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We felt right at home!

Amazing stay! Phillipe was a great host and was very responsive. This place is in a great section of Orient Bae. Very close to restaurants and the beach. Phillipe met us on day and provided in person instructions on the property and recommended things to do and places to see. Amazing stay and amazing host. We are coming back and will stay here again.
