This is a beautiful Airbnb - as many other reviews have said, it’s a lot larger than it seems in the photos and the view is gorgeous. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 1.5 year old. The bedroom is also a really good size. The pools are always empty, and the complex is very quiet. The apartment itself is also very quiet - important for afternoon naps with a toddler! The grounds are also very beautiful and well maintained. This apartment is very good value. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant and a pub type restaurant in the marina, which is a five minute walk, and there’s also a tiny grocery store called Petit Casino that sells everything that you would need. The beach is a 10 minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to book!

Great place, great location! We had a week in this apartment and loved it. It has everything needed, it’s quiet and clean. 2min walk to the beach. Beautiful gardens around, 3 pools. Walking distance to the marina with great Italian restaurant. Parking included. Do not hesitate to book.

We felt really comfortable in Estelle's flat, and enjoyed our interactions with her very much. The apartment complex is very attractive, beautifully landscaped and the three pools were lovely and clean. The local grocery store and Italian restaurant were both excellent. We did feel that Anse Marsel is rather isolated, however, located at the top of a very steep and winding road. It's true that you really need a car to get around and enjoy St-Martin, but we would have liked to have been able to walk to more places. So, lesson learned, but no complaints at all regarding Estelle and her excellent flat!

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Anfängliche Defizite im Appartment wurden von ihr umgehend behoben. Das Appartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Der sehr schöne Strandclub ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Pools in der Wohn-Anlage waren sauber und sehr angenehm.

Anyway, we loved it here, peaceful, serene, good vibes, great pools, fantastic wine.Looked around for ages for the right spot, if that’s you right now, just book here for a chill vacation.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Appartement von Estelle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon und ab Mittag Sonne. Wir fanden den Strand Anse Marcel sehr schön und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im französischen Teil gibt sehr gute Restaurants. Estelle hatte auch gute Tipps und reagiert bei Fragen sehr schnell.

Love this place. Its exactly as on the pictures, very calm and perfect for relaxing vacations. There are 3 restaurants at walkable distance and the beach is super close as well. Estelle was very easy going and made check in and check out nice and easy! Would recommend!

Notre séjour chez Estelle a Anse Marcel à été merveilleux. Le lieu est proche de l'aéroport, simple d'accès ( sensations de conduite garanties!), au pied de la plage, piscine à disposition et au pied des commerces. Le logement est conforme à la description, complet et très bien équipé. Estelle a été très attentive et disponible. Merci pour ce cadre magique qui nous a permis de faire un séjour inoubliable à St Martin , cette île très attachante.

This is a lovely condo that is exactly as the photos. We were a family of 4 (2 very little kids) and we were quite comfortable. The condo has a beautiful banana tree by the balcony and a lush mountain in background. We had everything we needed to cook at home. Anse Marcel is very quiet and secluded so it feels quite safe. You definitely need a car to stay in this area. Overall, a great time.

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights and enjoyed every one of them. We came to Saint Martin to relax and this is the perfect condo to do that. The unit is clean, nicely decorated and very quiet. The only place that you can possibly hear your neighbors is on the balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool through a banana tree. You can watch the tiny yellow birds in the tree as you sip your favorite beverage. The balcony has an adjustable quiet ceiling fan that can provide a nice breeze. There is also a Bluetooth speaker built into it. The kitchen is well equipped. I prepared many meals without a problem. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink area, which is a plus. The shower is large and there is plenty of hot water. The bedroom is a good size with lots of closet space. The bed is very comfortable. There is a wall mounted air conditioner in the bedroom and living area that are individually adjusted with remote controls. The temperature throughout the unit was comfortable. The pool was pristine and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The beach is beautiful.Estelle was the perfect host. She responded promptly to all of our inquiries. Her English language skills made it extremely easy for us to communicate with her. On top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person.The location is great. The beach is in a cove that is surrounded by mountains. The sea is calm because it is protected. There are resorts on both sides of the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented. If you do rent them, you can have drinks delivered to you on the beach. The center of the beach is the public access area. You can set up your own blanket, chairs or umbrella and enjoy your day at the beach. You can also rent personal water crafts there. There are 3 restaurants that you can walk to. There is also a small food store that has the basics. They have fresh French baguettes daily for 1 euro. A less than 10-minute drive will get you to the Super U food store that has a great selection of food, wine, beer and liquor and reasonable prices. Don't miss the bakery L'Express in the same area. A few minutes away is Grand Case which is noted for great restaurants. There are 6 LoLo's about a block down from the free parking lot. These are open air inexpensive dining choices. Keep in mind that Saint Martin is a small island. It looks like Orient Beach is all the way on the other side of the island. In fact, it is 6 km about 13 minutes from Anse Marcel. This location is ideal. I will stay here on my next visit to Saint Martin.

Wonderful apartment in a gorgeous area. Lovely terrace porch overlooking the pool and mountains, 5 min walk to the beach, plenty to eat and explore in the area. Estelle had great communication and we would definitely stay here again!

Louez les yeux fermés ! L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel. Estelle est une hôtesse réactive Anse Marcel est pour moi le paradis de la tranquillité sur l’île. Plage et piscine à pied. Resto, Epicerie, club de plongée sur place. Voiture indispensable si vous ne connaissez pas. Au top !

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans l’appartement d’Estelle qui est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description: parfaitement équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, à proximité de la plage et de commerces de proximité. Et la terrasse est un vrai plus ! Estelle est une hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui répond rapidement aux questions que l’on peut avoir et qui est de très bons conseils. Bref, nous recommandons vivement l’appartement d’Estelle pour ceux et celles qui veulent découvrir St Martin.

A beautiful apartment in a great location! The apartment is exactly as in photos and as described, nice view of local plants and the pool. Estelle is a lovely host and very quick to respond to questions. The apartment is in walking distance to a gorgeous beach and great restaurant to have lunch. A terrific bakery and large grocery store are no more than 10 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Estelles.Only wish we could have stayed longer.Much bigger than we thought great beach and restaurant fabulous food and service great pool would like to go back for a month next time

Super séjour ! L'appartement est propre, la literie confortable, tous les équipements pour se faire à manger sont là. Accès wifi, télé, clim, balcon dans le feuillage d'un bananier et vue (intime) sur la piscine. Estelle et son mari son adorables et répondent à toutes vos questions, se plient en quatre pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Un panier de bienvenue vous attend et c'est charmant après un si long voyage ! Vraiment enchantée de ce séjour et de nos hôtes ! Je recommande vivement pour de belles vacances à Saint Martin !

Location and confortable apt ! A 2 minutes walk from Anse Marcel Beach Restaurant. An exclusive beach and spot ! The apt is very nice and confortable, just as you can see in the pictures , or even better ! Very quiet neibourhood. Estelle was very Kind and helpful with our needs. My husband , my baby (8 months) and me reccomend her place.
