Highly recommend staying at Phillipe’s place in Orient Bay. It’s close to the beach and restaurants, lots of parking, and the space itself is perfect. Exactly as advertised. Clear and responsive communication and easy, flexible check in and out.

Philippe is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. The place is in a great location and has everything you need. Close walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well stocked. Very nice furnishings and comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

Philippe's place is great. 1000% recommended. Location is really good, just a couple of blocks away from the main street. Although I recommend renting a car in St Martin, this may be one of the few places one can stay without one. The place itself is very nice, clean, and well equipped. It's not big, but spacious enough. Also, being a duplex, the social area is separated from the bedroom and this makes it even more comfortable. It has a small terrace that we didn't use much. The unit is 1 floor up, so if anyone has trouble with stairs it's probably not a good idea. We would definitively stay here again.

We stayed at Philippe's from March 31 to April 7. Philippe met us at the unit and gave us a walk through. The unit was exactly as pictured online and was very clean and well maintained. The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a very well stocked grocery store in the area as well as numerous restaurants that serve very good food. We felt this unit was good value for money and would recommend it.

This was our 3rd visit to Saint Martin and we stayed at Philippe’s Passion Apartment Orient Beach. This is a beautifully designed and decorated property, complete with all the modern amenities. The location was within a 5 minute walk to our favorite beach, restaurants and groceries. This apartment was private, quiet, luxurious and convenient. Philippe was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Philippe!

Orient Bay Village is very desirable. Very close to a beautiful beach, close to Anse Marcel, Grande Casse and Pinel Island fairy.Phillippe’s unit was in a great location and we felt very safe. It has a balcony overlooking some trees. Often visited by iguanas and finches. We ate our meals on the balcony , a real plus. It has a one bedroom accessible by stairs and two bathrooms. The washroom on the main level does not have a shower. There are louvered shutters which keep the unit dark for sleeping purposes.On arrival at the unit we had welcome drinks. The unit was well equipped and included basic necessities. There is a nice pool on the property but unfortunately no chairs. Overall recommend this unit and the host.Parking always available. For those who have accessibility issues, the stairs to the unit and to the bedroom might be an issue.

Wonderful roomy apartment conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, breakfast places, stores and shops. it is better than advertised. Philippe was responsive to questions before we arrived and during our stay. You can't go wrong.

We really enjoyed staying at Philippe's place in Orient Village. Really central location, easily walkable, close to the beach, near many different restaurants in the village. The local "Casino" supermarket was very convenient as well. Whenever we had a question or concern Philippe was very responsive; we're already planning to return to Orient Village next year!A few things to note: we experienced a few sporadic water shutoffs during our stay, which were unfortunate, but not uncommon on the island - and not a fault of the unit itself. WiFi worked well for basic needs and video calls. Beach towels (and chairs) were also included. Parking was right in front of the stairs leading up to the condo's entrance.The apartment is very modern, clean, and looks like it was recently renovated. Overall was a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it!

Host was very responsive. Immediately took care of any concerns. Apartment was clean and also cleaned weekly during our stay. We stayed for a month and encountered no concerns. Would have preferred a bigger stovetop since we cooked frequently and more options for cookware. A standard size refrigerator would have been nicer as well. As for the 2/1 washer and dryer, the clothes do not completely dry so had to hang up the damp items to dry. The outdoor pool was nice to spend time at after a day at the beach. One negative was the unit directly below us had lots of junk on their outdoor patio and back yard. This was an eyesore as it was visible from our patio. All in all it was a great unit, near beach and town. All walkable. Great place for short term stay.

A very nice place. We enjoyed the big deck. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and umbrella! The location is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Phil was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was a very relaxing stay!

Phil is a very personable guy. Good commentator and responds to requests. He has a good sense of humor.

Een ontzettend fijn appartement, dichtbij het strand, met een (gedeeld) fijn zwembad wat regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, heerlijk bed en goede badkamer incl wasmachine/droger en een ruim balkon.Phil heeft er alles aan gedaan om je je welkom en thuis te laten voelen, inclusief welkomstdrankjes, kaarten en instructies voor het gebruik van het appartement. Per mobiele telefoon was het fijn en snel communiceren met Phil.Het appartement is op loopafstand van een pleintje met allemaal heerlijke restaurants. Voor ons een super appartement op een heel fijne plek. Aanrader!

We had a great time in Philippe’s apartment. Even though our flight was delayed and our luggage got lost, we had an easy check-in with Philippe and we was responsive all the time. Unfortunately we couldn’t catch up during our stay, but hope to make it next time. We want to come back for sure. Thanks Philippe!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem modernen, sauberen Apartment mit einem angenehmen Beleuchtungskonzept im Wohnbereich. Gute Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereichh und Schlafzimmer, dass trotz Dachgeschoss angenehm gekühlt werden konnte. Sehr gute automatische Aussenrollos zum Verdunkeln. Strandtücher und Strandliegen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank haben wir als Willkommenspaket eine kleine Grundausstattung an Getränken und Snacks, sehr angenehm nach einer langen, späten Anreise. Nach einer Woche wurden automatisch Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gatsgeber. Ruhige Lage des Apartments. Fussläufig zum Strand, toller französischer Bäcker (Baguettes, Croissants, Kuchen frisch gemacht), Mini-Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants.Wir empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten um die Insel zu erkunden. Wichtig einen SUV mit hoher Motorleistung und hoher Bodenfreiheit. Es gibt etliche Bodenschweller und Straßen mit starker Steigung.

This is a perfect location to stay in Orient Bay. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants, parking is easy, condo was clean and very comfortable with a nice patio to sit out on at night! Would stay there again!
