Villa Petit Paradis truly lives up to its name. Nestled in a lush green setting on the heights of Orient Bay Park, this beautifully renovated villa blends modern Creole style with a serene island atmosphere. Recently fully renovated, the property offers comfort, privacy, and open views over the sea.

All bedrooms connect directly to the main house. The villa features three spacious master bedrooms, each with a King-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The décor is simple and refined, inspired by a timeless colonial style.

The large sea-view living area opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The property

The entire property is fully enclosed and secure. The landscaped tropical garden is a peaceful refuge, especially in the early morning when birdsong fills the air. Enjoy breakfast or an evening barbecue in the gazebo, with the sea as your backdrop — moments that naturally turn into lasting memories.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, the villa offers a high level of privacy. Its secluded setting makes it particularly well suited for sunbathing in complete freedom.

Two private parking spaces are available on site.
All doors and windows are fitted with electric security shutters for added peace of mind.

A pathway located just in front of the villa leads down to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars, all reachable in approximately 7 minutes on foot.

						I know AirBnB is all about the house, but I want to firstly say how amazing Philippe is as an AirBnB property manager! The place we first chose on AirBnB was right on a beach that had a lot of seaweed build up, causing a smell. Philippe contacted me 5 days prior to our trip to let me know and offered me another property so our vacation wasn’t ruined. Upon arrival in St Martin, Philippe took us to both properties and let us decide what was best for our family, now that’s exceptional service!Then half way through our stay a fuse tripped at the house and we lost power. I contacted Philippe via WhatsApp and we had someone at the house within 5 minutes to help out, problem solved! Philippe and his team were exceptional! Contact before and during our trip was very responsive and always very informative.I’ll stay at the house in Saint Martin was also a great experience. The house is as it appears on the Airbnb listing and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine and dryer, which was so handy for a family with a two-year-old and four-year-old. Located right in Orient Bay it’s close to everything you could want including shops, restaurants, and awesome Beach bars down on the bay.I would definitely stay at this property again or at any properties managed by Philippe!Thanks for helping to make our vacation in St. Martin so memorable!

						Petit Paradis exceeded all of our expectations. We recently stayed here for 8 nights (August 2021) and it was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever rented. It was very roomy, actually larger than expected, with more than enough room for our family of 5. The place has all of the amenities you could ever want (loved the large washer and dryer) with TV’s in every bedroom. Amazing views over Orient Bay, the location is perfect for quick excursions to Pinel Island or Grand Case. We will most definitely be back again!

						Petit Paradis exceeded all of our expectations. We recently stayed here for 8 nights (August 2021) and it was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever rented. It was very roomy, actually larger than expected, with more than enough room for our family of 5. The place has all of the amenities you could ever want (loved the large washer and dryer) with TV’s in every bedroom. Amazing views over Orient Bay, the location is perfect for quick excursions to Pinel Island or Grand Case. We will most definitely be back again!

						The villa was spacious, had all the amenities that we needed, was close to the village restaurants and beach bars.  The Villa was quiet and secure.  We enjoyed the pool area and made a new friend, Marcel!!

						Great host! Great house! Great location!My wife and I plus our two kids just wrapped up 8 days at Philippe’s place and had a wonderful time. Philippe communicated with us prior to our arrival and offered assistance with a car rental and activities/excursions as well. Very responsive and helpful.The house is super clean with a key code secured front gate. The pool is very nice as is the view of Orient Beach and Pinel Island from the pool deck. We enjoyed the music and fireworks from Bikini Beach while lounging poolside on New Year's Eve! There is a very nice covered sitting area next to the pool deck and an outside covered dining table above the pool which are both very nice. Poolside lounge chairs are comfortable and umbrellas are ready to go if needed. The house is loaded with both 110V and 220V outlets which is very convenient, the WiFi is fast, and there is Netflix available via the smart TV's. There is a TV in each bedroom  plus in the family room. Just about every amenity is included and part of this house. We didn't need anything. The beds are comfortable and clean. There was easily enough hot water for 4 showers after the beach and pool. The furniture is comfortable and the AC is very strong and cools the rooms quickly. Beach and pool toys are included as are bath and beach towels. Having a washer and dryer in the house is great for traveling light!You will not go wrong by renting Petit Paradis from Philippe!
