The property

Villa Elé features four air-conditioned bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms offer a Queen-size bed and a King-size bed, each with built-in storage and a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and vanity.

Upstairs, two inviting suites each include their own shower room. One is equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or easily convertible into a 180 cm king, while the second offers a Queen-size bed and lovely views over the pool and garden. Separate guest restrooms are available on both levels.

The fully equipped main kitchen is designed to welcome up to eight guests around the dining table. It opens onto a spacious living area with soaring cathedral ceilings, creating a light and airy ambiance. Thanks to large fully retractable glass doors, the space can be enjoyed open to the outdoors or fully air-conditioned, enhancing the sense of serenity and comfort throughout the home.

From the kitchen, step onto a generous wooden terrace, beautifully landscaped and intimate, where mornings begin with breakfast under the pergola and evenings invite relaxed aperitifs with family or friends.

The living room features a comfortable sofa arranged around an elegant exotic-wood coffee table. A large HD TV with fiber-optic internet provides access to all major streaming platforms. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and a dedicated workspace is set up on the shaded veranda.

Set beneath a traditional carbet, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the tropical vegetation and swimming pool — the perfect spot for sunset drinks or convivial barbecue evenings. The pool itself is surrounded by lush plants and an exotic-wood deck, offering complete privacy for sunbathing and relaxation.
