Great location and beautiful space to spend the week. Pool was wonderful. Inside and outside space was great to spend time in. So close to beach, shopping and many restaurants. We will be back!

Villa Flow is a magnificent spot to spend time on St. Martin. I recently stayed with my two daughters and we fell in love with the island. The location is perfect offering a two minute walk to the beautiful Orient Bay beach and a five minute walk to the village full of shops and restaurants. The house has great space with lots of light, nice bedrooms and living space and kitchen as well as a cute backyard with a beautiful pool, sitting and eating area. We loved our mornings by the pool doing yoga under the palm trees. It was easy to explore the island from the villa to nearby areas including Grand Case, one of our favorite towns for day and night time adventures shopping, eating and enjoying local culture and food. The villa is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood that is safe to walk and run around while also having a vibrant village and beach clubs that are bustling with people, music and good food. Victoria welcomed us at the villa and was a lovely hostess. Can't wait to return!

We truly loved our stay at Florence’s beautiful house. The peaceful yard and beautiful private pool off a lovely back patio is where we spent most time. So close to the beach, just out the back yard a minute down the beach service drive. Victoria was so attentive and friendly! We arrived at a beautifully clean and well equipped home and stayed for 4 weeks. We highly recommend and hope to stay again in this warm home.
